Your Music Service – Help Us Plan Parent / Carer Survey
The Education Directorate is starting to plan how the music service in Swansea will look in the future. With that in mind, we would be grateful if you could complete a short survey to help us with planning a music service based on parent / carer feedback. We would be grateful if parents / carers could complete the survey irrespective of whether their school is in the service level agreement or not. The survey can be accessed through the link below. Responses will be treated in confidence. Please complete the survey by the end of Monday, 30 November. Please note that this is not a consultation but rather an engagement with service users to help us plan options that we may need to consult with you again on.
