During the term, the Welsh, English and Modern Languages Departments introduced Year 9 pupils to aspects of Hedd Wyn’s life and a coffee morning was held at the school in December to mark the centenary of his death.  The school hall was turned into a museum for the morning and the pupils’ task was to prepare a resource for the museum to teach others about his life. We had a variety of resources, such as pamphlets, interviews, creative pieces and video clips and presentations. Special congratulations to Ethan Morgan on recreating the chair Hedd Wyn won!
