On 23 March, a crew of pupils from Years 7-9 went to Aberystwyth for a creative workshop sponsored by the Hay Festival. Those pupils who attended were the pupils who were victorious in our ceremony on 1 March. During this workshop, pupils had sessions with the poets Aneirin Karadog and Rufus Mufasa and a chance to watch these poets performing. During the afternoon, pupils had a chance to work with Hywel Griffiths and Rufus Mufasa and create their own poems. It was quite an experience for the pupils! Thank you to the Arts Council for the grant towards the cost of the bus.
