The Local Authority has asked schools to offer emergency childcare provision over weekends, starting on the weekend of the 11th and 12th of April (Easter weekend). This service will only be for critical workers who work for the blue light services, or for healthcare workers (single parents or where both parents work in either of these sectors). The weekend provision will not be available to all categories of critical workers.
