Please see the letter and the document below for important information for pupils and parents before we return in September. We will confirm our arrangements for wearing face coverings at school during the next few days.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR COLLECTING GCSE RESULTS

Please see this letter for our arrangements for distributing GCSE results on Thursday 20th August.

Specific site arrangements for year 11:

  •  We will open the doors at 08:30.
  • See the table below for collecting your results:

Entrance – doors at the bottom of the Green stairwell.

Exit – doors at the bottom of the Red stairwell.

PARKING:

  1. MAIN HALL: Use the herringbone parking area outside the school gates.
  2. CILFWNWR HALL: Use the front yard for parking.
  • Follow the signs for social distancing along the ground floor.
  • No more than 10 pupils will be able to be in the hall at the same time.
  • Parents will need to remain in the car park, ensuring that they maintain social distancing at all times.
  • All pupils who wish to apply to return to the sixth form are expected to complete a registration form having received their results.
  • There will be an opportunity to discuss sixth form options, or any further learning pathway with the school staff or the ‘Careers Wales’ officer. We will operate a queuing system in both the halls for these interviews.

‘A’ LEVEL AND AS RESULTS

A LEVEL AND AS RESULTS DAY

Please see this letter outlining the arrangements for the distribution of a level and AS results on Thursday 13th August.

Site arrangements for year 13:

  • We will open the doors at 08:30.
  • Entrance -use the doors at the ‘ Green Stairs ‘ to enter the building and then go straight to ‘Neuadd Cilfwnwr’ to collect your results.
  • Exit-Use the doors at the red stairs on exit.
  • Follow the signs for social distance along the ground floor.
  • No more than 20 pupils will be able to be in the hall at the same time.
  • Parents will need to remain in the car park, ensuring that they maintain a social distance at all times.
