FINAL OPTION CHOICES FOR YEAR 9

Following the collection of year 9 options, we have now created three option columns based on our students’ choices. Every pupil in year 9 now needs to complete the final options form with the relevant choices by Monday 11th of May.

DISTANCE LEARNING – FURTHER ADVICE AND HELP

Thank you to all of our parents who are busy supporting our pupils to continue to learn, in extremely challenging conditions. We are all learning what works and what doesn’t (very quickly!) from this experience. Below are some resources that may help you and your children:

YOUNG PEOPLE’S WELL-BEING AND MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

The ‘Exchange’, which runs the school-based counselling service continues to provide support for young people at this time. Check this Poster for details of how to contact them.

In addition, there are a host of agencies and websites offering strategies, ideas and support for young people in improving their wellbeing, supporting with mental health and distance learning ideas.

OFFICE 365 AVAILABLE FOR ALL!

All pupils are now able to install the full Microsoft Office 365 package at home through the HWB platform. Pupils can download Office 365 ProPlus on up to 5 personal devices including PCs, Macs and mobile devices. The software enables pupils to use the full versions
